You can request an exchange if:

  • The exchange request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Non-exchangeable items:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered


4. Order Verification and Exchange Process

  • All orders from REVIX are packed in front of camera for transparency.

  • If a customer requests an exchange, our team will verify the returned item.

  • Verification ensures that the product is defective, damaged, or was sent incorrectly.

  • Only after verification confirms an issue, the exchange will be processed.

  • All items sent for exchange must be in original packaging with tags intact.

  • After verification, the replacement product will be dispatched to the customer.


5. Shipping for Exchanges

  • Exchanges will be processed via Shiprocket or another designated courier.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.

  • Ensure that the shipment is trackable. REVIX is not responsible for lost shipments due to untraceable shipping.


6. Delayed Exchanges

  • If an exchange is delayed due to courier issues or stock unavailability, we will inform the customer via email or WhatsApp.

  • We aim to resolve all delayed exchanges within 10 additional business days.
